Willie Darling is a singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist whose musical journey has taken him all over the map. From holding down the upright bass in jazz groups to fronting his band The Smoked Peaches with guitar in hand, Willie has been consistently paying his dues for over a decade of performing. 

As a songwriter his keen ear for authenticity and soul is readily apparent. By blending the story-telling elements of roots country music, the ephemeral poetry of sixties folk and psychedelia, and the improvisational attitude gleaned from his years as a jazz bassist, Willie has found a unique niche in today's musical landscape. As a performer he is simultaneously raucous and introspective, equally confident in holding the crowd in the palm of his hand during a slow song as he is bringing them to a fever pitch on uptempo jams.
